INGREDIENTS: Water, rapeseed oil, fresh cream (contains MILK), beef stock (beef base, beef fat, yeast extract, maltodextrin, olive oil, tomato concentrate, sugar, acidifier (lactic acid), garlic, flavored oil (pepper), lovage, nutmeg, sunflower lecithin), stabilizers (E1442, E415 and E472e), green pepper (3%), antioxidant (potassium lactate), cognac (0.9%), tomato concentrate, salt, acidity regulator (sodium lactate), sugar, spices.

Preparation and use:
* Bain-marie: Immerse the sachet for 10 minutes in simmering water, avoiding boiling.
* Microwave oven: Open the sachet, heat for 2 minutes at 550W, stirring after 1 minute.
Chef's Tip:
To enhance the flavor, add a little cognac. To soften it, stir in some fresh cream (35% fat).
