Food of the future: Prepare this delicious chicken and quinoa recipe

Chicken and quinoa bowl:
2 pieces of cucumber
1 1/2 cups black olives, pitted
6 pieces supreme of chicken, roasted and in medium cubes
2 pieces of red pepper in small cubes and without seeds
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 garlic clove finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
6 cups cooked quinoa
For the dressing:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
4 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1. Cut the cucumber in half (lengthwise) and remove the seeds with the help of a spoon. Cut it into cubes and reserve.
2. Slice the olives.
3. In a bowl, mix the cucumber, cheese, olives, chicken, bell pepper, oil, garlic, and spices. Season with the chicken broth.
4. Add the quinoa and mix carefully.
5. Separately, combine the mayonnaise with the parsley.
6. Serve quinoa mix with dressing separately to side.
